Copyright & DMCA Policy
Our Copyright
Softlink owns the copyright to all original articles, tutorials, original SVG assets, and original documentation hosted on this website. Our original content may not be scraped, copied, or republished on other websites without explicit written permission.
Third-Party Content
Softlink strictly adheres to a policy of original creation. We do not redistribute copyrighted third-party software, premium plugins, proprietary codecs, or paid assets from other creators or marketplaces. We only link out to third-party tools (for example, official Adobe pages or authorized plugin developers) when referencing them in our educational content.
How to Report Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content hosted on Softlink infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Please include the following information in your notice:
- Your full name and contact information (email address and phone number).
- A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or a description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site.
- A statement of good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How to Submit
Send your complete copyright complaint to the copyright contact email at copyright@softlink.com or via our Contact page. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 48-72 hours).
Counter-Notice Process
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your contact info, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your signature. Send this to the same copyright email address.
Repeat Infringement Policy
Since Softlink is a curated, internally managed repository (we do not allow public user uploads), the risk of repeat infringement is effectively managed internally. However, if any internal contributor repeatedly violates our original creation policy, they will be permanently banned from contributing to the platform.
